The real strength of what you offer is your internet booking system, and the availability of English speaking drivers. 
English is a very big deal. I speak 2 other languages, but Russian is a real challenge for most of us because of the alphabet. Quite an effort to learn it. 
On the booking system, I got contact from real people with real names who made real arrangements. 
I was picked up trainside at midnight, right on time, with a sign with my name on it. 
If you want some constructive suggestions, just run the cars through a carwash every now and again. 
Otherwise, just great, and a much appreciated service.
