WelcomePass — Terms & Conditions

1. Validity
WelcomePass credit is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Unused credit automatically expires after this period.
2. Usage
Your WelcomePass credit may be applied to any transportation or related service offered by Welcome.Taxi, including private transfers, hourly hire, and multi-day bookings. If the service cost exceeds your available credit, the difference can be paid separately using any accepted payment method.
3. Transferability
WelcomePass is fully transferable. You may use it for family members, friends, or colleagues by booking in their name through Welcome.Taxi.
4. Refunds
WelcomePass purchases are non-refundable once payment is received. Credit remains available for any eligible booking during the validity period.
5. Payment Methods
We accept payments via local bank transfer, PayPal invoice, and PayPal.Me. Any processing costs associated with these methods are already included in the displayed purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.
Note: Bank transfers may be issued in multiple currencies. The WelcomePass balance itself is maintained in USD.
6. Confirmation & Activation
Your WelcomePass is activated after full payment is received and confirmed by our team. A confirmation email including your balance details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
7. Service Conditions
All bookings paid (fully or partially) with WelcomePass credit are governed by Welcome.Taxi’s General Terms & Conditions, including provisions on changes, cancellations, waiting time, no-shows, and liability.
8. Loss, Misuse & Security
Please keep your WelcomePass code and account details secure. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately at office@welcome.taxi. We may suspend or adjust the balance while investigating suspected misuse.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
