Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) is the international airport located in the Milan metropolitan area in northern Italy. It serves approximately 17 million inhabitants in Lombardy, Piedmont and Liguria, as well as in the Swiss canton of Ticino. The airport is located 49 km northwest of Milan city centre. The airport has two runways and two passengers terminals (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2) and one dedicated cargo terminal. How to get from Milan Malpensa Airport to Milan
Train
The center of Milan can be reached from Milan Malpensa airport with the Malpensa Express train which runs from Malpensa Terminal 1 and Malpensa Terminal 2 to Milano Bovisa, Milano Cadorna, Milano Porta Garibaldi or Milano Centrale railway stations.
